User Agreement
Being
allowed access to http://www.hospitalsuppliers.info ("the
site") for Hospitalsuppliers, you enter into the Hospitalsuppliers.info user agreement on
the terms and conditions set out below. This Agreement is for an
indefinite term. Subject to the terms contained herein, either party can
terminate this agreement for any reason provided that such termination
shall be conditional upon, including but not limited to, discharge of all
contractual and statutory obligations.
Changes
We reserve the right to add to or change / modify the
terms of this Agreement. Any changes will be posted to

This Site reserves the right to modify, suspend / cancel, or
discontinue any or all channels, or service at any time without notice,

This Site reserves the right to charge subscription
or membership fees in respect of any part, aspect of this Site upon
reasonable prior notice.

or other materials, whether publicly or privately transmitted/posted, is
the sole responsibility of the person from where such content
originated.
You shall be solely responsible for all content that you
upload, post or otherwise transmit. Hospitalsuppliers does not control the
content posted via chat and other community services and, as such, does
not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content.
You
understand that by using such services, you may be exposed to
objectionable matter . Under no circumstances will Hospitalsuppliers be liable in
any way for any content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or
omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred

By

Email Services
This Site may place reasonable restrictions

messages that may be sent from or received by an account, the maximum size
of any email message that may be sent from or received by an account, the
maximum disk space that will be allotted to you, and the maximum number of
times (and the maximum duration for which) you may access the service in a

for the content, accuracy, conformity to applicable laws of such material.

Force Majeure
Hospitalsuppliers shall have no liability to you for

Indian Law
The Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of
India. The Courts of law at Mumbai shall have exclusive
jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service constitute the entire
agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof
and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or
agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
