Scarcity of good quality water has increased our dependence on ground water sources. This brackish or saline water is unfit for drinking or for commercial use unless properly treated. Reverse Osmosis, a membrane desalination process increasingly used worldwide, purifies brackish water for drinking and commercial application. Reverse Osmosis membrane technology produces water with very low dissolved solids and which is also free from particulate, colloidal and organic matter, microbial load. Water in RO 60LPH / 100LPH / 150LPH passes through the 4 stage purification process before giving you the natural tasting clear water. Stage 1 - Sediment filter (20" length 10 micron): The sediment filter is the first step in the water purification process. This filters out suspended impurities like fine sand, mud, clay etc. from water making the water crystal clear. Stage 2 - Bacteriostatic Activated Carbon Block Filter (20" length 10 micron): This carbon filter removes most organic impurities carcinogenic chemicals (such as VOC & THM's) chlorine, colour, odour. Also prevents bacterial growth on carbon itself. This makes the water crisp to taste. Stage 3 - Reverse osmosis membranes (Material - Energy Saving Poly Amide): This comprises of a semipermeable Energy Saving Poly Amide (ESPA) membrane. Besides removal of 99.9% microbes (Bacteria, Viruses & Cysts), also removes harmful chemical impurities, excessive dissolved salts & all suspended particles below 5 micron making the water pure, safe & crystal clear. Stage 4 - Ultra Violet sterilization: UV disinfects water by paralyzing bacteria & viruses through ultra violet rays. Organism elimination by UV radiation is a matter of log reduction and not absolute organism kill.

SPECIAL FEATURES
Compact unit with robust mild steel powder coated frame. Effectively removes upto 90-95% of total dissolved solids (TDS) or salinity to produce water that is clear and pleasant to taste. Low pressure low fouling membranes: works on low pressure and therefore lower fouling of the membranes. Recovery of good water minimum 35% and salt rejection upto 90-95%. Built in safety features to protect high pressure pump & membrane. Capable of handling waters with TDS levels upto 1500 ppm . Water quality Monitor: Shows the product water quality as TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) on a calibrated bar graph. Double safe purification: A UV purifier after the RO purifier ensures that the product water is always pure even in accidental failure of RO membrane. The Product is available in 3 capacities . RO 60LPH, RO 100LPH, RO 150LPH. Apart from these we also have products with capacities starting from 5LPH, 15LPH, 25LPH. (Higher recovery & TDS levels are possible.
